Charles DeWinton

Currently the longest continuous serving Councillor serving on the Community Council having served for well over 15 years. I am  a Chartered Surveyor and deal with many rural aspects such as planning, public access, rural land and estate management. I currently sit on the Powys Local Access Forum. I am a Show Director of the Brecknock Agricultural Society. My family have over many generations lived in Llanfrynach and the surrounding area. I have a keen interest in the Cold War, amateur radio, sailing, Land Rovers and fettling in the workshop.
